What if my Spanish isn't good enough for the office?
Kit owners get live translation on call: message us on WhatsApp (ideally the day before your appointment so we're on standby) and a real person from our team joins by phone to translate while you're at the counter. €5 per call for kit owners — half the standard rate.
How does the document scanner work? Is my photo stored?
You take a photo of your visa sticker, TIE card or passport; the AI reads the fields and pre-fills your roadmap and forms. The photo is processed in memory and immediately discarded — never stored, never used for anything else. Every extracted field stays editable, and anything the scanner isn't sure about gets flagged for you to double-check.
